The staff is great! They accommodate needs, are quick to respond to any concern, and available. The complex is quiet, well maintained, clean, and has a unique look and feel. I rent a 2 bd loft which is so airy, bright, and comfortable. It’s spacious and well planned spaces make it suitable as a 3 bedroom too. This must be the reason they are always with prospective tenants waiting to move here.

The place is really nice!! Best apartment complex in, and around the area. I actually got to see the unit I would be moving into. It’s a very spacious place, with all new appliances, as well as carpet . Would recommend this to anyone

I am a new residence of these apartments and so far my experience is great. The management takes residents concerns seriously and any maintenance is done promptly. I have placed requests for maintenance twice and i was amazed at how fast the response was, as well as the office calling to follow up if i was satisfied with the work done. Keep being great pebble point apartment management!

Of the many apartment complexes I’ve lived in, this one far and away has had the best staff. The leasing manager does great communicating with tenants and very quick attending to work orders or any concerns. The maintenance staff is friendly and thorough/ timely with work orders. The property is well-maintained and quiet. I highly recommend it.

Pebble Point is in a quiet and secure neighborhood with easy access to 2 interstate freeways both converging in St Louis city. Been in the community for 2 months and so far so good. Hope things continue this way. Maureen has been quite responsive to all requests we’ve placed and fulfillment is done promptly by Mark, a distinguished maintenance officer.

Although Pebble Point is a bit on the older side, it’s well kept and maintained. The maintenance staff and management are professional, courteous and responsive. I’m 3 months into my lease and have had no major problems. The neighbors are decent, the living space is nice with only minor problems here and there (for example, a bathroom fan that needed to be worked on), and the cost is pretty good for the area. My roommate and I chose the loft unit and it has plenty of space (and storage if that’s something you value). I will likely renew my lease down the road given how smooth this living situation is going. Definitely check this place out!

This community is a perfect balance between closeness to amenities and closeness to nature. The unit we live in has a nature view from our living room and a nature view at the outside entrance (which is super nice during this pandemic). We have lived here 7 months and plan to be here for years to come. We never would have expected how much of a good value Pebble Point has been for us. Great job Maureen(Community Manager) and Keith (Maintenance Manager). They always get back to you quickly and help out with any maintenance needs. If are reading this and make the great choice to live here, I’m confident you will feel the same way that my family and I do.

Lived here for 2 years and overall we really enjoyed it. Units were nice and they are in a great location, you are in walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Complex is well-maintained and never very noisy. Staff was quick to respond to requests and very kind. I would definitely recommend living here.

Great apartments. Well kept and quiet. Maureen (Community Manager) and Keith (Maintenance Manager) do a really great job keeping up the community. Both are very welcoming and response quickly.

Maureen was AMAZING!!! The best leasing agent in St. Louis!! I was moving in from out of step and she was with me every step! She didn’t have a problem answering any of my questions, and I had many lol. She is a very good person I think she needs a promotion!!!

Fairly new resident to Pebble Point Apartments but so far I would definitely recommend. Its a small but nice community and the office staff is extremely sweet and accomodating. Maintainence has always responded promptly when I had any problem/concern. I really enjoy Pebble Point…so glad to call it home Personal Rating: 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Affordable, spacious excellent management in one of the best communities in St. Louis

Pebble Point is a wonderful place to live! It is conveniently located right by 141 which makes getting anywhere very easy. The apartments are beautiful with modern amenities. The in-unit washer and dryer is the best part! Maureen, the manager, is always kind, helpful, and prompt.

Fell in love with the website and pictures then visited in person for a tour…I knew I had to make this my new home. Since I’ve moved in my 3 bedroom 2 bath loft apartment I have not regretted that decision one bit. The complex is really nice, the office & maintenance staff are amazing and always respond in such a timely manner. The neighborhood and area itself is really nice and conveniently located near shopping areas, HWY 270 and eateries. I absolutely love my new cozy home!!!
